Frequently asked questions.
What is Gnosis?
Gnosis is the ability of a soul to perceive and know the truth. Rather than needing a Guru, organization, system or external source of truth, the unique path “back to God” or Source is particular to an individual.
The Universe is always speaking its message. The teachings we bring are a summation of all the wisdom that has dispelled for generations. It is up to the individual to study, practice and learn what it means to find light and truth within themselves, to find their Inner Master, their Inner Authority, the Divine within.
Are you related to any organization or institution?
We are not officially affiliated with, nor do we represent any other group or institution. The path to find truth within is very personal. Each one has their own culture, conditioning and traumas to work with, overcome and grow from. Therefore the individual’s path cannot be dictated, control, nor can a prescription for formula—dogmatically applied—be the answer which an individual needs. The Path to knowledge and freedom is walked internally, within one’s own psychology & internal universe. The results of one’s actions both internally & externally are own’s own to bear. In this light, we share the teachings we have learned and practice—freely—with all those who are drawn to learn with us.
How is Gnosis different to other spiritual schools?
Gnosis draws on all the wisdom dispensed by Source throughout the ages. When we understand the commonalities across these dispensations, we observe that they are not unique, but simply culturally flavored versions of the same Universal Wisdom that continually flows down from Source to humanity. We are not against any religion or any other school, recognizing that all teachings are yet further threads within one big tapestry.
What is a Master?
Many spiritual teachers have been activated by Source to give a particular message at a particular time. Down through the ages, it has been seen that some teachers have been of a different grade. Those who have had command over the elements and their psychology; who have been able to purify within to a certain level, have been called by others to be Masters. In Gnostic studies, we use the term Master to denote one who has reached a certain stage of authority and purity. Usually, one has the possibility to become a Master through the mystery teachings. Two of the most well-known Masters are Jesus Christ and Samael Aun Weor. Also, some Masters are secretly so, not revealing their status of Mastery to the public.
What is a Mystery School?
Throughout time immemorial, many profound teachings regarding the nature of reality and the mechanics of the universe—being both powerful and incomprehensible for those without a certain level of awareness and spiritual perception—were kept veiled, revealed only to those who were properly prepared and earnestly seeking.
A genuine Mystery School contains certain factors that allow it to dispense teachings to those who will treat them with care and respect, whilst keeping its door open to the public. With those who consistently study and apply their practice, we will also freely share the truth that we know.
